Assistant General Manager
Bob is the Assistant General Manager for Central Arizona Project (CAP) and is responsible for the Operations, Maintenance, Power and Engineering departments. The group manages an annual O & M budget of $40 million and includes a staff of 325 engineers, project managers, craft and trades, and administrative personnel reporting to locations across the entire CAP service area.
Bob joined CAP in 1985 as a Plant Electrician, and with 35 years of experience has served in many leadership roles including Team Leader Waddell P/G, Supervisor Check Structures and Turnouts, Reliability Excellence Manager, Maintenance Control Manager, and the Director of Field Maintenance. Prior to CAP, Bob served an Electrical Apprenticeship at United States Steel in Gary, Ind.
Bob is a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) and serves as Chairman for the Arizona Chapter of the Society for Maintenance and Reliability Professionals.
