Excess Water Task Force
In August 2017, CAWCD convened the first meeting of the “Excess Water Task Force,” which was chaired and comprised of CAWCD Board Members. Excess Water is defined as “. . . The Excess Water Task Force has concluded as of the Board meeting on March 1, 2018. The Task Force provided recommendations to CAP staff to enhance accounting, reporting, and publication of information related to excess water, including a recommendation for an annual meeting for staff to present the annual operating plan and other relevant information, and quarterly updates by the staff to the Board on activities related to excess water.
