Rudy Fischer was elected to the Board in November of 2024.  He retired as Vice President of Administration after a 35 year career with high technology companies in Silicon Valley and San Diego. He then worked for the Department of the Navy, where he helped set up a command.  He also has experience developing municipal and regional water projects, having served on both a City Council and a water agency Board of Directors. 

Rudy has a BS degree from UC Berkeley, a Master’s degree in International Business from St. Mary’s College and, mid-career, completed a certificate at Stanford University with a focus on business, law, and economics. 

He and his wife Kathleen live in North Scottsdale, where he is currently on the Board of Directors of the Troon North Association and a member of a city Committee.
