Bids and Proposals shall be received in the Purchasing Office on or prior to the date and time indicated in the solicitation document. Responses received after the date and time specified shall not be considered.

All submittals must be in accordance with the specifications.

Solicitation responses must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly identifying the Invitation for Bid number and bid opening date along with your company name and address.

All procurement activities conducted by the Central Arizona Project are in conformance with the CAWCD Procurement Code.
