Only applications submitted online will be considered for employment at CAP. Job applicants who do not have a computer at home can access the online system in Human Resources during business hours, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, or computer access is normally available at any public library throughout the state.

Job Interest Cards. If you are interested in a job that is not currently open, fill out the online job interest card and you will be notified via email when the position becomes available. CAP Nepotism Policy Guidance:  Hiring family members of a CAP employee is permitted unless 1) There will be a direct reporting relationship between family members, 2) They will report to the same supervisor, or 3) The candidate is related to a CAP employee in any of the following positions: Management Council Members, Human Resources Manager, Finance and Accounting Manager, Internal Audit Manager and employees assigned to prepare the CAP payroll.
