CAP’s Board meetings are open to the public, and thanks to technology, there are now three ways to “attend” the meetings that are held at CAP Headquarters.
Attend in Person: CAP’s 15-member Board of Directors meets the first Thursday of the month except in July; CAP’s Board Committees typically meet on the third Thursday of the month. The majority of the meetings are held at CAP Headquarters in the Board Room, 23636 N. 7th Street, Phoenix. CAP delivers water to Maricopa, Pima and Pinal counties, so each year, one Board meeting is held in Pima County and one in Pinal County. All meetings are open to the public.

View Video: If you are unable to attend the CAP Board or committee meeting in person or watch the live stream, videos from the monthly meetings held at CAP Headquarters are uploaded to CAP’s website for viewing on your schedule. They are available the Tuesday following the Thursday meetings. Minutes from each meeting are also posted after every public meeting.
