Central Arizona Project’s employee volunteer effort – CAP Turnouts – was named to the Phoenix Business Journal’s list of Top Corporate Volunteer Programs for the third year in a row.

Quagga mussels were initially found in the Colorado River in 2008 and soon thereafter, they had invaded the CAP. The immediate reaction was one of anxiety and uncertainty.
