Brian Buzard serves as the Director of Operations, Power, and Engineering for Central Arizona Project (CAP). Since joining CAP in 2002 as a SCADA Technician, Brian has held a progression of leadership roles, including Senior Maintenance Planner, Maintenance Supervisor, Project Manager for CAP’s Maintenance Excellence Program, and Manager of Maintenance Control. In Dec. of 2016, he was selected as Director of Centralized Maintenance and Reliability before stepping into his current role.

Earlier in his career, Brian worked as an in-circuit test software engineer with Hamilton-Sundstrand Aerospace.

Brian holds dual degrees in Electronics and Computer Technology and Technical Management, and he maintains certifications from the Association of Asset Management Professionals and the Society for Maintenance and Reliability Professionals.
