Laura Grignano is Central Arizona Project’s Manager of the Central Arizona Groundwater Replenishment District, commonly referred to as CAGRD. She is responsible for managing the operations of CAGRD including membership enrollment, water supply acquisitions and satisfaction of member replenishment obligations.

Ms. Grignano’s career in the Arizona water community spans more than 25 years, including positions with the Arizona Department of Water Resources (ADWR) and Arizona Public Service (APS). She joined CAP in 2013. Ms. Grignano received her Bachelor’s degree at Clemson University and her Masters from the College of William and Mary.
