Water Quality
Water Quality
As a service to CAP customers, a robust monitoring program is in place to provide water users with valuable information regarding source and canal water quality. The monitoring program consists of both real-time measurements and monthly/quarterly grab samples. Information on this web page is available for both CAP water users and the public to view and download. Our Annual Water Quality Report summarizes results from CAP’s monitoring program.

Central Arizona Project works closely with the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California and Southern Nevada Water Authority to address a range of initiatives and programs related to water quality in the lower Colorado River.
