Bridget Schwartz-Manock
Assistant General Manager,
Public and Intergovernmental Affairs
Bridget Schwartz-Manock has served as Central Arizona Project’s Assistant General Manager of Public and Intergovernmental Affairs since May of 2024.
Bridget joined CAP in 2009 as the Legislative Affairs Manager. In 2016, she was promoted to Director of Public Affairs, taking on the leadership of additional teams including Board Administration, Communications, Strategic Planning, and Stakeholder and Community Relations.
With 28 years of experience in public policy and legislative affairs, she previously held the position of Government Relations Director for the city of Scottsdale and Legislative Liaison for the city of Phoenix.
Bridget holds a B.A. in Political Science from the College of St. Catherine and a Master’s in Public Administration from Hamline University, St. Paul, Minnesota.
