Don Crandall is the Director of Operations, Power, and Engineering for CAP, where he leads the multi-disciplinary teams responsible for the real-time operations, power scheduling, and energy requirements essential to water delivery, while overseeing ongoing engineering and construction infrastructure projects.

Don joined the CAP in 2009 and has held several leadership positions in Engineering, Operations and Maintenance.  He graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration. He is also a registered Professional Engineer.
