Standard Civil Specifications (2024):
The Standard Specifications for Construction establish standard requirements for mechanical, electrical and civil construction. These are not contract specific and may be modified or amended. Use of these specifications must be done in conjunction with all other Contract Documents, including exceptions contained in the Special Provisions.
