The CAWCD Board is now accepting electronic public testimony (blue cards) up to one hour prior to each meeting. Please fill out the form below to:

To ensure your comments are received and processed, please be sure to submit at least one hour prior to the meeting. Electronic cards received after that time will be considered, if seen, at the discretion of the Board member chairing the meeting. Paper public testimony (blue cards) will continue to be available at in-person meetings.

Matters brought up by the public under Public Comment cannot be discussed by the Board as they have not been placed on the agenda. Items must be addressed to the whole Board, not a specific member. In order to speak during Public Comment or to address the Board on a specific agenda item, please specify what you wish to discuss below.
